Ok this will be quick. I'm absolutely dead tired and still have to get up early for work tomorrow =( I was so alert, driving for about 2 hours there and 2 hours back from Canberra (yes, went to visit the Floriade, in rain, which... was actually not a bad thing because when it rains, you see water droplets on flowers which are quite attractive).
Observing long driving trips like this, you start to gather what the road rules are.
There are the safe drivers, usually sticking to the left lane because they are usually driving at around 100km in the 110 highway. There are the slow ones who disrupt the flow of 100km cars, forcing them to overtake on the right lane, and move back into the left after overtaking (also known as the nice cars, following the "keep left unless overtaking" signs). Then there are the impatient ones, who stays on the right lane because they are usually at about 120km and do not bother shifting back to the left lane after overtaking- they'll only have to switch right again to overtake another car.
Which am I? I try to stick to 110 and overtake when necessary and move back left when I can... but turns out, I'm mainly a right lane hogger.

That's the end of the story for today. This was at Portofino, an Italian restaurant at Leichhardt (gosh, I doubt myself each time I spell that suburb... keep thinking that I'm doing it wrong). Their bruschetta pizza crust was pretty good~
